Online Legal e-Source
- this new resource for nonprofits, accessible at: www.uacted.uark.edu/legalesource , is a collaboration of Care Foundation, University of Arkansas School of Law, and the University of Arkansas School of Continuing Education and Academic Outreach. The tool is free to non-profit organizations. Current topics include information about bylaws, bylaws for organization with members, and bylaw provisions related to directors of organizations. - Due to cost and time concerns, the IRS has cut down on the number of live, face-to-face workshops it offers each year.
